I think a half-up style is both pretty and professional. Curl your hair loosely and then part the top section from the bottom section. Twist the top portion a few times and pin with bobby pins. 

Hazel eyes really pop with purple eyeshadow. I do not suggest bright purple eyes, but a smokey eye with a hint of a deep plum on your lid and under your lower lashes will really make your eyes stand out. A light lip will look good with a dark smokey eye.
